This is not a debate, merely a question I have.
How does the dust ever form a disk shape, if the aether is moving from high to low concentrations constantly and fluidly why isn't the dust forming the shape of the path taken by the aether.
How does it move the dust to the disk yet not bring the dust away with it?

It does bring some, hence the formation of objects over the Earth, just not all. The majority would gather where the flows meet; it's a large area where more dust would meet than anywhere else, and natural material forces exert friction etc to slow it being taken away. Over time, more dust gathers there, causing more of a force to keep it there.
